Iñaki Arrola

In 2003 I founded coches.com, one of the first car selling marketplaces in Spain. The journey lasted more than 16 years and the company got acquired by Santander Consumer Finance in 2019. In the meantime I also co-founded pre-seed investment vehicle Vitamina K (CARTO, Mailtrack, Promofarma) and was an active business angel. I now want to help companies grow, based on my experience as an entrepreneur.

Carina Szpilka

In 1998 I was part of the team that helped launch ING Direct in Spain, where I later served as co-CEO, as well as a 2-year stint as CEO of ING Direct France. With everything I learned as CEO of ING Direct in France and Spain, I want to help startups change the markets they operate in and improve the lives of the people who use their products.

Pablo Ventura

I was previously Partner and Managing Director at JME Venture Capital and FJME, and helped lead investments into now unicorns Jobandtalent and Flywire. I joined K Fund at the very beginning and I'm now in charge of managing our dealflow and investment teams.

Ignacio Larrú

I studied computer science and economics. I spent more than 9 years at Credit Agricole, becoming VP of Investment Banking and leading several M&A transactions. My areas of expertise are big data, analytics, AI and deep tech, and I helped co-lead some of K Fund's investments in the space. I also manage MVB Fund, our fund of funds vehicle.

Sergio Álvarez Leiva

I like building products that people want, that are at the intersection of data, people and technology. I've co-founded three different companies in the data space (Vizzuality, CARTO and Tinybird) and I was also part of the product and tech teams of Zara.com for almost 3 years.

Miguel Arias

Deep operator turned venture capitalist. In 2003 founded my own startup (Imaste, which was acquired by ON24). I later served as COO of CARTO, helping the company grow to several million in ARR, and then joined Telefonica as Global Entrepreneurship Director.

Jaime Novoa

I'm a former journalist now turned VC. I used to try to find companies before everyone else to write about them, but I do the same but to invest in them. I manage the popular newsletter Dealflow.es (10K subscribers), focused on the Spanish startup ecosystem. At K Fund I lead our comms and branding strategy, and I'm also part of the dealflow and investment teams.

Marc Clemente

Before joining K I was an analyst at BlueBull Ventures, an M&A boutique specializing in startups and high tech. I'm now part of K Fund's investment team, with a strong focus on areas such as logistics, foodtech and fintech. I also lead our pre-seed investment program, K Founders.

Cristina Garcia-Margallo

I am a lawyer specialized in Litigation and Arbitration in the field of Civil Law, Commercial and Corporate Law with more than 12 years of experience. I am dedicated to helping individuals and companies prevent and solve potential contractual and corporate problems so that they can focus on their business.

Alba de la Morena

Before taking the reins of K Fund’s finances I worked in a Big Four company where I specialised in the administration and management of closed funds and its management companies, including tax preparation, preparation of annual accounts and regulatory compliance. After a brief stint as Controller in one of Spain’s leading law firms I have decided to continue my professional development in the Finance department of K.

Isabel Salgueiro

Originally from Portugal, I have been working in the startup ecosystem for the past 10 years, across several roles and geographies. From acceleration programs, to VC funds, I have a diverse background in helping companies with growth pains and fundraising.

Max Bray

Lifelong Londoner now in Madrid. Ex brand-strategist and consultant, in a past life two time Chief of Staff - firstly at Founders Forum Group, running new ventures and platform growth, then briefly at Thiel-backed Generation Home as right-hand to CEO. Now focusing on building the K Fund Platform, improving internal processes, growing the K network and dipping my toe into investment.

Gustavo Ribas

Lawyer turned investor, with experience in VC, PE and liquid investments. Former partner and CIO of RXZ Investimentos, an investment company doing liquid and non-liquid investments throughout Latam and in selected global markets. Former founder and partner of VC firm Provence Capital and alternative investments asset management firm Mogno Capital. Experience in board roles, operator and mentorship. Now focused on building a first class presence for K Fund in Latam.

Borja Santos

I was responsible for launching Stripe in Spain and Portugal, and served as head of both countries for the fintech giant for more than 6 years. Prior to that, I also held several GTM and sales roles at technology companies, and I'm now looking to apply that prior experience in the investment world to help startups scale fast and efficiently.

César Traseira

I’ve always been a curious person. My past experiences in the fields of Medicine and, more recently, Business and International Relations, are proof of that. I joined K to learn from the best while helping promote innovation in our country, aiming for a better future.

Nadhila Wardhana

A curious soul, I am always in pursuit of fresh knowledge and experiences. After trying my hand in investment banking, consulting, and venture development in Germany-based scale-ups, I took the plunge into the exciting world of venture capital. Coming from Indonesia, my heart is set on forging an equitable future. I believe that by backing disruptive companies and their visionary founders, I can transform this vision into tangible reality.

Silvia Sancho

I’ve always had a passion for innovation, disruption, and stepping out of my comfort zone - something that has been strengthened by my exposure to international experiences at various times in my life. Following my internship at K Fund, I had no doubts that venture capital industry was the place to be to make an impact through technology. And as a foodie digital content creator in my spare time, both the FoodTech and AgriTech spaces are of particular interest to me.

Jorge Campo

My previous international academic experiences sparked interest in the intersection of technology and business. Having graduated as a Biomedical Engineer, I joined K to closely follow the most disruptive technological trends, understanding their competitive differentiation within the industry.
